Attorney David S. Perrie has over 18 years experience in the title underwriting industry, where he initially was hired as an internal auditor, then was promoted to EDP Auditor, conducted commercial and residential real estate settlements, and abstracted real estate titles. His duties and responsibilities expanded to overseeing all Georgia operations for a leading national title insurance company and became Southeastern Manager with operations in six states under his purview. He holds a CPA degree and in 1998 he graduated from Georgia State University with a JD degree and began practicing law in the real estate field. He was a founding partner of Perrie & Perrie, PC; Perrie & Cole, LLC and now the firm of Perrie & Associates, LLC

With over 25 years experience, Leslie H. Gleisner leads the litigation practice group of Perrie & Associates, LLC. Her practice concentrates in foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation and title resolution issues. Leslie has lived and been active in the Cobb County community for more than 20 years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of SafePath, a child advocacy group devoted to children's rights in abuse and neglected situations.

Susan Dassow
While owning and managing a mortgage brokerage for 18 years Susan Dassow attended John Marshal Law School as a part-time student. Upon being admitted to the State of Georgia Bar in 2000 she continued to operate in the mortgage business and also worked as a contract closing attorney for a law firm specializing in real estate law. Ms. Dassow has been with a related firm and Perrie & Associates, LLC since 2005. Her mortgage background is a great asset to our real estate closing department. While her office is at our West Cobb branch she is also a traveling attorney. We will arrange to close a real estate transaction in any of our locations or at a remote location if needed. Ms. Dassow is our expert on reverse mortgages and often meets with the Borrower(s) at their home to accommodate an elderly Borrower and to thoroughly explain the settlement documents. She also assists clients with small business opportunities establishing business entities such a C-Corporations and Limited Liability Companies. Preparing Wills is another practice area for Ms. Dassow.
